Here’s an ad from AT&T about T-Mobile’s network. Journey back to 2011, when AT&T claimed that by buying T-Mobile, they could boost their network to 90% coverage of the entire United States for just a mere $40 billion (while they could expand their existing network to the same capacity for just a tenth of that).
So, T-Mobile’s network is so good, you just wanted to buy it. Clearly, horrible companies like buying horrible competitors.
