I welcome my new President, President Obama, to the White House and Capital of my Nation, the United States of America.
It is a glorious day.
Since I won’t have access to coverage of this historic event, since I’ll be learning about Parabolas in my fourth hour math class, I write this blog post in advance.
I went to the library to watch it after my Math class. That was an excellent speech.
In my opinion, the best thing that was said was this:
Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends – hard work and honesty, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism – these things are old. These things are true. They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history.
